What to expect:
- Lead and inspire your team by setting a positive example and assisting in training peers.
- Execute daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management.
- Work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
- Provide assistance at the cash register as needed.
- Promote the Ace Rewards program enthusiastically.
- Restock merchandise displays as needed.
- Help unload and put away incoming truck merchandise.
- Maintain a high-energy presence in a fast-paced, fun retail environment.
- Be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours) and handle lifting up to 50 lbs.
