We’re hiring Front of House Team Members to provide fast, friendly service and help create a great experience for every guest. Team Members work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness, hospitality, and accuracy throughout the restaurant.
Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide friendly customer service
- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare drinks, desserts, and package orders
- Deliver food and assist guests with their needs
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room, front counter, bathrooms, and guest areas
- Stock front counter supplies and assist with shift cleaning tasks
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work as part of a team to provide excellent hospitality and speed of service
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
