We’re hiring a Porter to help keep our restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly each day. This position is responsible for early morning cleaning, equipment upkeep, and maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant.
Porter Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, floors, and work areas
- Wash fryer lids, hood filters, trays, dishes, and utensils
- Take out trash and outside cleanliness
- Stock supplies and assist with restaurant organization
- Help maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant
- Complete opening cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Full-time Porters will assist in the kitchen during business hours
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and with a team
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to bend, stand, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Morning and weekend availability
- Part-Time 7am-10am / Full-Time 7am-3pm
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
