Shift Manager - New Culver's Opening in LeClaire
About the Opportunity: We're opening a brand new Culver's in LeClaire and are building a leadership team that shows up, supports one another, and takes pride in doing things the right way. We're looking for Shift Managers who enjoy being present on the floor, leading by example, and helping the team deliver great food and friendly service every day.
What You'll Do- As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading shifts and supporting daily operations, including:
- Lead FOH & BOH teams during assigned shifts
- Set the tone for speed, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Support training and coaching for team members
- Communicate clearly with managers and leadership
- Handle shift execution, problem solving, and guest concerns
- Lead by example and help build strong, team focused culture
What We're Looking For:
- A dependable, positive leader who enjoys working with people
- Someone comfortable giving direction and supporting a team
- Strong sense of accountability and follow through
- Willingness to learn and grow within the restaurant
- Restaurant or leadership experience preferred
