In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, the Sunrise Shift gains life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. They are responsible for setting the store up for success every day by closing down all equipment and setting everything up for the next day. This role is crucial for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Position Type:

Third Shift (Sunrise Shift)
Full-time - 4 Day work week
$2 per hour Stipend for Sunrise Shift Position (total starting wage: $15-$18/hour)
9:30 PM - 7:30 AM Availability

Sunrise Shift Team Member Responsibilities:

Performs restaurant closing and opening tasks in supporting business operations
Stock restaurant inventory as needed
Work safely around restaurant equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
Keep the restaurant neat, clean, and orderly at all times
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and staying up-to-date on any changes
Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned
