This role will “own” the dining room during their shifts—balancing cleanliness, guest connection, and support of front-of-house operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, a personal touch with guests, the ability to multitask, and a genuine enjoyment of keeping things neat, tidy, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Greet and check in on guests in the dining room
- Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, attentive service
- Assist with running orders to tables and delivering food with care and accuracy
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to stay and return
Dining Room Ownership & Cleanliness
- Maintain a spotless, well-organized dining room at all times
- Clean tables, floors, restrooms, and high-touch areas with care and consistency
- Notice small details and take pride in a job done well
- Anticipate needs before they become issues (full trash, spills, crowded areas, etc.)
Operational Support
- Occasionally assist with guest orders at the register as needed
- Support front-of-house team members during peak times
- Communicate effectively with leaders and teammates to keep operations flowing smoothly

- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
