Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize inventory to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Receive and unload delivery trucks with care and precision, checking for correct quantities and damaged items
- Put away stock in freezers, refrigerators, dry storage, and other designated areas
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing ladders, squatting, and standing for long periods
- Rotate stock and ensure all items are stored according to food safety and storage guidelines (FIFO)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate needs to management promptly
- Support the team with daily stock checks and restocking
- Support the team by addressing issues or observations related to the facility or equipment
Skills & Qualifications
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Maintain a valid Driver's License
- Motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday morning shifts, Sundays off
- No formal education required—just a great attitude and a desire to learn
