Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize inventory to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Receive and unload delivery trucks with care and precision, checking for correct quantities and damaged items
  • Put away stock in freezers, refrigerators, dry storage, and other designated areas
  • Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing ladders, squatting, and standing for long periods
  • Rotate stock and ensure all items are stored according to food safety and storage guidelines (FIFO)
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate needs to management promptly
  • Support the team with daily stock checks and restocking
  • Support the team by addressing issues or observations related to the facility or equipment


Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Maintain a valid Driver's License
  • Motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Willingness to work Monday to Saturday morning shifts, Sundays off
  • No formal education required—just a great attitude and a desire to learn
