Job Description
The Marketing Director must oversee all areas of sales, brand growth, recruiting, and marketing for the Chick-fil-A Polaris Parkway FSR and Westerville FSR franchise locations. This opportunity allows for creativity, collaboration, community partnership, professional development, engaging with guests, and investing in growing a quality and established brand.
Main Responsibilities
- All marketing aspects of the Polaris and Westerville Chick-fil-A locations, as well as overseeing the brand, recruiting, sales, and catering
- Event Planning (in-restaurant events, community events, team member parties, etc)
- Creatively forming marketing avenues as well as delegating to and working with the restaurant team
- Combine critical thinking and practical leadership to create a culture of innovation
- Grow and nurture relationships with the staff and guests
- Manage donation and community partnerships daily
- Create a marketing plan that incorporates the corporate campaign into the localized campaign while staying true to the Chick-fil-A brand
- Plan and produce events that create emotional connections with guests or with team members
- Responsible for the day-to-day catering operations of the business
- Manage a marketing budget
- Develop rapport, understand the business, relay important information, and to drive sales through daily restaurant operations
- Create and implement effective ways to source and recruit for both franchise locations
