Role Summary
The Busser supports the Front of House (FOH) team by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. This role is essential to ensuring smooth table turnover and assisting servers in providing excellent service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining areas
• Refill water, utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages when required
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations and front-of-house areas
• Properly dispose of trash and recycling
• Support the team during busy service periods
• Follow all company policies, safety, and sanitation standards
Work Experience
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• On-the-job training will be provided
Education
• No formal education required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Skills & Qualifications
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items
• Positive attitude and willingness to help
• Authorization to work in the United States
