Team Member Responsibilities:
As a Team Member at Chick-fil-A University Commons, you will be cross-trained to work both in the Front of House and Heart of House. You play a critical role in ensuring our customers (guests) have an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Examples of some responsibilities include:
- Preparing and assembling food with care and accuracy
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Providing above and beyond customer (guest) hospitality
On the front end, you’ll warmly greet customers (guests), take orders with accuracy, and deliver above-and-beyond service with a friendly and helpful attitude. In the heart of house, you’ll work with urgency, communicate effectively with your team, and consistently embody professionalism and positivity. Your flexibility, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence help create a seamless and memorable experience for every customer (guest).
