Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely, meeting Chick-fil-A’s high standards
- Manage kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep with expertise
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization at all times
- Stock kitchen inventory and assist with opening and closing tasks
- Stay updated on new products and complete in-house training regularly
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A’s dress code and operational rules consistently
Qualifications and Skills
- Cheerful, positive attitude with a strong customer service focus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task efficiently
- Enjoys helping others and working both independently and as part of a team
- Capable of lifting 10-25 lbs regularly and standing for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends, weekdays, and night shifts
