What You'll Do
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience every day. Responsibilities may include:
- Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and a warm smile.
- Take guest orders accurately at the front counter, drive-thru, or outside order-taking positions.
- Deliver food quickly while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Create meaningful interactions that leave guests feeling valued.
- Assemble beverages and desserts with attention to detail.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room and restaurant.
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Work alongside your teammates to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
- Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Support the restaurant's mission, vision, and values through your daily actions.

Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work opening, lunch, evening, or Saturday shifts is a plus.
