Nittany Energy is a local family-owned business that is looking for a qualified Plant Manager / Dispatcher at our Williamsport office. Our business provides heating oil to residential customers and commercial fuels to businesses, farms, etc. We also deliver gas and fuel to our 28 convenience store sites along with a few independent station dealers. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day activities along with coaching and leading office staff and drivers for this location. The schedule is primarily M-F but does include a small amount of evening and/or weekend work. The evening and weekend work would be completed at home, not in office.

Plant Manager responsibilities:

Lead a team of fuel drivers and batch clerks

Answer incoming calls and general reception duties

Enter sales orders for fuel and heating oil

Process payments

Process fuel orders from previous day

File sales orders

Manage bulk plant inventories

Communicate well with drivers, office staff, other departments, etc

Provide excellent customer service

Perform various office tasks as needed
