What You’ll Do:

● Lead daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant while keeping service standards exceptional.

● Coach and develop team members, providing encouragement and support to meet 2nd Mile Service goals.

● Ensure every guest has an amazing experience by providing immediate, respectful responses to their needs.

● Engage in meaningful leadership conversations, holding team members accountable while fostering a positive culture.

● Train and mentor new hires, setting the tone for a strong, service-oriented team.

● Serve as a key holder, opening and/or closing the restaurant while ensuring financial and operational readiness.

● Maintain food safety and service standards, upholding Chick-fil-A’s commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Bring:

● Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food service leadership (previous management experience is preferred).

● A demonstrated ability to influence and develop peers and subordinates through strong communication skills.

● A passion for developing others and creating a culture of teamwork and excellence.

● A guest-first mindset with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.

● The ability to manage and execute in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
