We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:

Applicants must be able to:
- Maintain availability for full Saturday shifts within your hired day part as well as 2 other weekdays shifts within your hired day part

- Work inside and outside within the local climate norms throughout the year.

- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
- Display the ability to multitask & quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and demonstrate strong work ethic
- Consistently communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Have the ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
Applicants should:
- Preferably possess a high school diploma or college degree although this is not required
- Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Maintain an availability that fits your job description
- Have reliable transportation
- Preferably have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
