Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional customer service by leading and motivating the team
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations during assigned shifts
- Train and develop team members to maintain high-quality standards
- Manage inventory and ensure proper food safety procedures are followed
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years previous management experience
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
