About Lakeville Station:
Lakeville Station is a newer restaurant and bar located in Leonard, MI. We are dedicated to serving all of your Michigan favorites, from hand-tossed pizza to tacos, wings, burgers, and salads. Responsibilities:
- Take orders and serve drinks and snacks to bar customers
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix classic and innovative cocktails
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Nurture customers to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Make menu recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized
- Check customers' IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
Requirements:
- Experience as a bartender
- Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
- A bartending certificate is a plus
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Professional and positive disposition
- Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
