Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage and train restaurant staff
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry
- Availability for weekend shifts and night shifts
