We are seeking to hire a hard-working, outgoing, energetic restaurant manager who can excel at leading a team in a fast-paced, quick service restaurant. Restaurant Experience is preferred but not required.

Primary job responsibilities include:

•   Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks.

•   Ensure that the restaurant delivers great experiences to guests while maintaining operational standards.

•   Develop team members.

•   Inventory management.

•   Ensure that all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks and checklists are being completed correctly.

•   Assist in hiring and scheduling staff to provide quality guest experience while managing labor expense.

•   Assist General Manager in tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

•   Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others

•   Leadership experience preferred

•   Must have reliable transportation

•   Available to work full-time a minimum of 5 days and 45 hours a week.

•   Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
