As a Lead Technician, you will play a crucial role in supervising restoration jobs, ensuring safety standards are met, and delivering top-notch service to our customers. This is a time-sensitive position that requires a sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Retrieve work orders and ensure all necessary equipment is loaded
- Complete assigned jobs according to company processes and standards
- Monitor and perform required activities on all active jobs
- Interface with adjusters to resolve issues and answer questions
- Inspect jobs after completion and obtain customer approvals
Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in disaster restoration or construction industry
- Proficient in using mobile software for data entry
- $22 to $25 per hour
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize activities
- Exposure to various working conditions
