At Chick-fil-A 104th & May, Delivery Drivers exists to “Win Hearts Everyday” by delivering craveable food. This role ensures that every delivery is safe, accurate, and timely while providing genuine hospitality beyond the restaurant’s four walls. Drivers represent the Chick-fil-A brand in the community and support the restaurant by upholding operational excellence, professionalism, and care in every interaction.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without restriction
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Ability to work in all weather conditions per OSHA guidelines
- Must have a smartphone with an active data plan and GPS capability
- Consistently follow all Chick-fil-A Pathway training and operational procedures
- Perform duties in compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and sanitation standards
- Operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism
- Effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, in order to provide clear instructions, understand and respond to customer needs, interact with team members and leadership, and accurately follow operational procedures

- Communicate effectively with leadership and guests regarding delivery status
- Represent Chick-fil-A 104th & May in the community with integrity and care

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license in good standing (pass SambaSafety check)
- Smartphone with data plan and GPS capability

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
