Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Sharing smiles with the guests throughout their visit
- Maintaining eye contact
- Speaking enthusiastically
- Make emotional connections with guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all times
- Challenge your urgency in a fast paced environment
- Serving guests in the dining room and the drive thru in different weather conditions
- Maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant (parking lot, dining room, restrooms, behind the counter)
- Looking for opportunities to go beyond the standard service expectation
