Location: 6240 E Whitestown Pkwy, Whitestown, IN 46075
Compensation: $11.25 – $12.45 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time, with required availability Fridays and Saturdays (Minimum 12 hours/week) - Shifts are 11am-2pm or 11am-3pm

Key Responsibilities
- Create genuine, positive interactions with every guest
- Deliver quick, accurate, and consistent service
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in all areas of the restaurant
- Rotate through multiple positions including front-of-house, drive-thru, and kitchen
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols
- Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Take initiative and ownership over your duties and guest interactions
- Maintain alignment with Chick-fil-A Whitestown’s brand, culture, and standards of excellence
- Uphold our “I’m Third” philosophy: guests first, team second, self third
- Abide by our Team Member Playbook and all internal policies
Requirements
- Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to team success
- Available to work Fridays and Saturdays, with a minimum of 12 hours/week
- Must be able to:
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members, including speaking and listening, in a fast-paced environment
- Review and interpret information on monitors, digital screens, product packaging, and expiration labels
- Lift up to 30 pounds, and move freely throughout kitchen, counter, and outdoor areas
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance
- Adapt to different roles as needed during a shift
