Essential Duties:
- Grill, sauté, broil, and present plates with precision.
- Prepare salads, appetizers, and various food items as per the prep and recipe sheet.
- Set up your station prior to service and prepare food for banquets.
- Handle weights up to 50 lbs and maintain cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
Expectations:
- Arrive on time, ready to work with a positive attitude.
- Be available to work days and weekends until at least 5 pm.
- Maintain professionalism and respect within the team.
