Welcome to Chick-fil-A in St. Clairsville! My name is Joanna Gibson, and I am proud to serve as the Owner of this location. I am excited about your interest in joining our team and look forward to meeting you soon.
My Chick-fil-A journey started in the local restaurant in Toledo, Ohio, the city where I was born and raised. It was there that I met my husband, Evan, we have been married since August 2019. Together, we are proud pet parents of our fur baby, Rey. I discovered a deep passion for business management and leadership, recognizing that this path presented opportunities for growth that extend far beyond a simple job. In 2023, I took a step toward my goal of owning a Chick-fil-A by franchising my first location in a mall in Youngstown, Ohio. I have since transitioned to the St. Clairsville location, where I am excited to expand our business and create a welcoming space for the community.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Serve excellent food, provide guests with a caring experience while giving your best everyday.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Demonstrates strong Chick-fil-A knowledge and able to execute all operational procedures in their area of expertise
· Show genuine hospitality and demonstration of the Core 4 to every guest
· Provide great food, fast and accurately
· Take customer orders with genuine hospitality
· Assemble customer orders with accuracy
· Maintain restaurant cleanliness, by breaking down boxes, taking stickers off dishes, sweeping floors, changing trash cans etc.
· Jolt checklists including BOH, FOH and weekly cleaning
· Manages food waste by following the cool down system, and tracking waste with Q-tally
· Following all opening and closing procedures
· Take Initiative when seeing something out of place
· Staying calm under pressure
