What We Offer
- Pay: $15.50–$18.50/hr
- Pay: Health Insurance plan fully covered
- Hours: 40+/week, 2 PM shifts weekly, Saturdays needed

What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts with confidence
- Keep things clean, calm, and organized
- Coach and support team members
- Solve problems and make smart calls on the fly
- Make sure guests leave happy and full

What Success Looks Like
- 90% or higher on checklists & cleanliness scores
- 99%+ on quality and food safety assessments
- 100% completion of daily SAFE/eRQA assessments
- Less than 1.5% food cost gap
- Productivity: $73/hour or higher at end of the month
