Operations Lead

Working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Operations Leads play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maximizing customer throughput, and overseeing a key area of the business. This role is responsible for both front-of-house (customer-facing) and back-of-house (kitchen operations) and must be comfortable leading and working in both environments.

Operations Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and outstanding customer experiences.
- Own a key area of the business (Front Counter, Drive-Thru, Mobile Operations, or Kitchen).
- Maximize customer throughput while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Train, develop, and coach team members in best practices and operational excellence.
- Work closely with leadership to analyze and improve operational performance.
- Monitor and uphold Chick-fil-A’s guest experience and quality standards.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Directors to implement process improvements.
- Oversee both front-of-house (customer-facing) and back-of-house (kitchen operations), ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous leadership or operations experience preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a passion for serving and helping others.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Flexible schedule availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
