As a Shift Leader, you’ll help lead a team in a fun, fast-paced environment while building real leadership experience. You’ll be right in the middle of the action—encouraging the team, serving guests, solving problems, and helping make every shift a great one.

- Keep the shift organized, upbeat, and moving
- Coach and develop team members
- Create great experiences for our guests
- Jump in and work alongside your team
- Learn to make decisions and solve problems
What We're Looking For
Someone who is positive, dependable, hardworking, and ready to lead. Previous leadership experience is great, but we also love developing people with the right attitude and potential.
