We are hiring Guest Service Associates. We are open 7 days a week and offer day
and evening shifts.

We are looking for new team members who want to grow with us. You will help
cultivate our guests’ experience by:
- Delivering exemplary first-class customer service that consistently exceeds expectations through answering phones, identifying guest needs, efficiently setting appointments, and politely checking guests in/out.
- The Guest Service Associate will promote and sell Wax Pass Packages and retail products to guests.
- The Guest Associate will possess a consistent, outgoing, cheerful, energetic, positive, proactive, upbeat, and personable personality.
- High level of comfort using computers and a cash register, with the ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectively.
- Always maintain a professional appearance.
- Maintain a professional and clean environment for guests and staff.
- Ability to work flexible day/night/weekend and holiday hours.
- Ability to self-motivate
- Various duties as assigned by Management.
