Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a talented team to deliver superior guest service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Ability to work on your feet for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Open availability including weekends and some nights.

- Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
