Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high product standards
- Assist the General Manager with operational oversight during shifts
- Lead and foster a collaborative, enthusiastic team environment
- Ensure compliance with Firehouse Subs policies and food safety regulations
- Operate food prep equipment, manage cash transactions, and uphold store cleanliness
- Greet and thank every customer professionally
Essential Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience with demonstrated team leadership
- Proficiency in operating cash registers
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in cold environments (walk-in refrigerators/freezers)
- High school degree or equivalent
