* Overseeing Salad Station's Fresh, Full, Clean, Kind mission
* Train, lead and develop our team to achieve excellence in guest experience and hospitality
* Scheduling and labor costs
* Inventory and Food Costs
* Team Culture and handling difficult situations
* Reporting, Deposits, Following Company Guidelines
*Handle recruiting, hiring, scheduling and labor management
*Oversee and execute LSM marketing initiatives to drive guest count and catering sales

Requirements
1 year of any level of leadership experience in
a fast-paced environment restaurant environment
Travel in a up to 80 miles
Positive and energetic attitude that drives
hospitality and inspires others to do the same
A desire to learn and then train your team on
all aspects of operations and guest service
Good understanding of financial aspects of the
business, cost and labor management
Open, flexible availability, and ready to lead
