Position Overview:
You will lead and coordinate daily off-road rental operations in a growth-focused role, working closely
alongside the current GM. Learn all core functions of the business, develop leadership
capabilities, and gain the experience needed to advance into a senior management role over
time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fleet operations: maintenance, turnaround, and repairs
- Support GM with staffing, scheduling, training, and performance
- Ensure vehicles are safe, clean, and ready for customers
- Maintain safety, quality, and service standards
- Develop and improve processes for efficiency and satisfaction
- Manage inventory, parts ordering, and vendor coordination
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism
- Monitor financial metrics and assist with budgeting
- Foster a positive, accountable workplace culture
- Step in as acting GM when needed
- Grow social media and online presence
- Provide clear operational reports
- Recommend promotions and strategies to grow revenue
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership in operations or fleet management
- Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills a plus
- Organized, solutions-focused, self-motivated
- Social media and digital marketing experience
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Valid driver’s license; off-road experience a plus
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
