What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair ATVs, side-by-sides, and dirt bikes
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Test machine to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard and the unit is fully ride-ready for the customer
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with service advisors
- Conduct preventive maintenance and “wellness checks” on machines
- Keep accurate records of work completed
- Follow shop safety practices and maintain a clean work area
- Jump in where needed and work as part of a solid, experienced crew
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience working on off-road vehicles or similar
- Certification or formal training in vehicle repair is a plus
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills (electrical knowledge is a bonus)
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- Comfort working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
