We are looking for a motivated and tenacious individual to add to our team. This is an exciting opportunity in the growing, fast-paced industry of powersports. The Finance & Insurance Advisor submits deals to our lenders for approval and sells the customer the correct protection products to meet their needs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and transition them from Sales to Finance during their machine purchase process
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships
- Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process
- Find the right finance and insurance products for every customer
- Present a fully transparent pricing menu to customers detailing their financing options and products
- Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Gain superior protection product knowledge to effectively help customers
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
- And all other job duties as may be assigned
Qualifications and Competencies
- 2+ years of Automotive or Powersports F&I experience or
- 2+ years of Bank / Lending or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience and desire to work with technology including computers, spreadsheets, or dealer management software
- Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
- Working weekends is required to meet the busy demands of the dealership
- Candidates must have the ability to remain organized and possess time management
