Human Resource Coordinator
About the Role
An HR Coordinator is the go-to person for all employee-related matters. In this role, you’ll manage activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management.
The HR Coordinator plays a key role in business success. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through talent development, engagement, and retention
- Develop and monitor HR systems, policies, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive and high-performing workplace culture
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives excellence
- Maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Identify training needs, develop, and monitor learning programs
- Provide HR metrics and insights to management for strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR professional or HR Manager (not limited to recruiting or hiring)
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrated experience using HR metrics to drive improvement.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation abilities, strong leadership, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels of the organization
- In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. HR law degree or equivalent (preferred)
