Position Summary
This position ensures that Attica Motorsports maintains a professional, engaging, and compliant online presence while supporting the dealership’s sales operations. Associates handle photography, content creation, website updates, and OEM/manufacturer compliance.
Level 1 is a skilled associate with strong photography, content evaluation, and organizational skills who can execute dealership workflows accurately and quickly with guidance.
- Core Responsibilities: Capture, edit, and post professional-quality photos and videos for dealership inventory, trades, and promotions.
- Update and maintain website inventory listings (pricing, availability, photos, specs, rebates).
- Manage dealership social media content creation and posting across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Follow approval processes for all content (file naming, caption writing, approval submissions, archiving).
- Support dealership sales operations (unit tagging, Done Row management, fresh trades, VIN verification, key management).
- Conduct daily/weekly OEM compliance checks:
- Audit Polaris inventory for photo compliance using the AMSA admin panel.
- Replace non-compliant stock photos with dealership-branded, compliant images.
- Add Attica logo and phone number where required and re-upload via AMSA system.
- Perform regular audits of website and social platforms for accuracy, branding, and compliance.
- Assist with dealership promotions, campaigns, and event coverage (live posting, reels, promotional graphics).
Level 1 – Social Media & Sales Support Associate ($15-$20)
Skill Requirements
- Photography/Videography: Able to capture clean, well-lit, and properly framed product photos and videos that meet dealership and OEM standards.
- Content Quality Judgment: Must be able to evaluate poor vs. good content (e.g., cluttered backgrounds, unreadable text, low resolution) and only deliver high-quality posts.
- Speed & Efficiency: Works quickly and meets daily/weekly posting and audit deadlines without errors.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in stock numbers, pricing, folder naming, and compliance documentation.
- Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication with sales staff, management, and peers.
- Process-Oriented: Follows established dealership workflows for tagging, approvals, and compliance.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using web-based inventory systems, shared drives, and social media platforms(Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
Sample Task List
- Take and upload photos/videos of new units, trades, and Done Row machines daily.
- Ensure every photo uploaded meets OEM (Polaris and other brands) compliance standards. Replace non-compliant photos with dealership-branded alternatives.
- Update unit listings on the dealership website with correct stock numbers, pricing, and specifications.
- Submit graphics and posts for approval with proper file naming, caption drafting, and tagging.
- Maintain digital folders in Google Drive with accurate, organized content.
- Perform daily checks on Polaris inventory for photo compliance (swap out stock images where required).
- Assist sales staff with tagging, key box management, and VIN verification.
- Conduct weekly website audits to verify pricing accuracy, image compliance, and inventory listings.
