In this critical role, you’ll identify and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent that fuels our company’s growth and success.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent Professionally and Positively: Be the face of the organization holding ethics and professionalism in top regard.
- Develop Winning Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with our business goals, company values, and hiring needs.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior executives and department managers to understand talent needs and craft effective hiring plans.
- Leverage Data: Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, assess performance, and recommend improvements.
- Communicate Success: Provide regular reports and actionable insights on recruitment activities, pipeline health, and strategic optimizations.
- Innovate and Adapt: Creatively plan a wide range of hiring strategies to accommodate various positions from entry-level to top-tier leadership. Be ready to pivot as needs change and efforts need to be refreshed.
- Other Traditional HR Duties: Support the organization in areas of, policies, payroll, team communication, and staff management programming.
- Risk Management: Ensures the company complies with IN labor laws and other programming to protect the company and its team members.

- Labor Law Knowledge: Must possess a strong knowledge of IN and Federal labor laws.
