Position Overview
This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling a wide range of maintenance challenges. From repairing plumbing issues and maintaining HVAC systems to completing general building repairs, you’ll be a key part of keeping operations running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency repairs on plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC equipment
- Complete general building maintenance and repairs (carpentry, electrical, painting, drywall, etc.)
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of building systems and mechanical equipment
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
