Full job description
The Maintenance Lead will assist restaurant leadership in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and will properly maintain restaurant equipment. As the Maintenance Lead, you will be provided the necessary tools and training needed to succeed in this position.
Some Responsibilities Include:
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment
- Offloading inventory from daily truck deliveries
- Clean HVAC/Exhaust unit
- Maintain and report all building equipment as necessary to restaurant leadership
- Be able to use hand and power tools
- Be able to handle basic repairs and maintenance
- Responsible for preventative maintenance on all equipment
- Changing filters and performing boil outs of deep fryers
- Changing interior and exterior lights
- Cleaning windows as needed
Requirements:
- Mornings and some Saturdays Required
- High level of professionalism
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
