Back of House Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Lead the Back of House area by setting daily goals, communicating clear expectations, and providing ongoing coaching to drive accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
- Optimize workflow within the Back of House by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, adjusting team positioning based on business volume, and ensuring efficient operations throughout the shift.
- Own the operational standards of the Back of House by maintaining cleanliness, stocking, food safety compliance, and verifying accurate completion of checklists and assigned tasks.
- Coach for quality and consistency by reinforcing proper food preparation, portioning, and service standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience while minimizing waste.
- Develop team members through real-time feedback, recognition, and coaching that builds confidence, improves performance, and supports continuous growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2 years of prior restaurant leadership experience
- Consistent and reliable
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Loves serving and helping others
- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
