What are the perks and benefits of working at Healthy Happy Homes? Starting pay is $20 an hour during training. Once supervisor approves the title change from employee-in-training to Residential Cleaner, pay changes to $25-$30.50 per Job Ticket Hour before tips. The position comes with multiple pay incentives, tips, PTO, paid holidays, and weekly pay. Average work week consist of Monday-Friday (Saturdays upon request) 9am-5pm, no evenings. Other benefits include: Bonus pay, Health Benefits, 401(k) matching.
This is a W2 position and all uniforms and supplies provided.

At Healthy Happy Homes, we believe your paycheck should grow as your skills do. Our structured career path ensures you always know what your next raise looks like.
Step 1: Residential Cleaner-in-Training
Get started with hands-on professional training at $20/hr. You’ll learn the HHH "gold standard" of cleaning and our efficiency systems.
Step 2: Certified Residential Cleaner
Once certified, your pay increases to $25.00–$30.50 per Job Ticket Hour. At this stage, you are a master of your craft and eligible for our performance and reliability bonuses.
Step 3: Professional Trainer
Love sharing your knowledge? Become a Trainer! In addition to your base pay, you will receive a Training Bonus for every new team member you successfully mentor and onboard.
Step 4: Team Lead
Step into a leadership role by managing on-site quality and supporting your fellow cleaners. Team Leads enjoy a Leadership Bonus per pay period and first priority on specialized high-ticket jobs.
Step 5: Field Supervisor
The peak of our field operations. Supervisors oversee multiple teams, conduct quality audits, and receive a Management Bonus along with expanded benefits.
