The Catering Director position is an integral part of a healthy and growing business that desires to engage with more of our community by providing remarkable service and quality food. You will learn the ins and outs of the Catering operations as well as introductory Kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

• Use proper food safety procedures
• Use food prep equipment
• Lead the catering team and delegate tasks as needed
• Create and use an organized system for tracking catering orders and payments
• Take catering orders over the phone
• Input catering orders into the register
• Communicate catering needs to kitchen and front of house teams
• Package catering orders and ensure all items are included
• Deliver catering orders as needed
• Complete administrative tasks
• Respond and recover complaints

Hours:

• The Catering Director plays a crucial role in our business. The hours for this position vary depending on the catering orders for the day. We ask that applicants are available 7am-4pm but are willing to adapt to the store's needs and work different hours if needed.
