The Prep Team Member position is an integral part of our business. You will learn the ins and outs of the back of house prep operations. Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.

Responsibilities:
- Follow proper food safety procedures
- Use Chick-fil-A recipes
- Learn to use food prep equipment
- Help with kitchen projects and daily procedures
- Unloading and putting up truck orders
Applicants must be able to:

- Honors and follow the visions and values of the restaurant
- Ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented and adaptable
- Communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members
