Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in controlling labor and food costs
- Build relationships with guests and address guest issues
- Model leadership to all team members
Required Skills and Experience:
- Prior restaurant management or leadership experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in desktop software programs
- Experience in inventory, schedules, and labor management
- Focus on profits and sales growth
Physical Requirements:
- Available for varied hours, including days, nights, and weekends
- Ability to stand or walk for up to a 10-hour shift
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
