Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service and maintain quality standards
- Lead and develop a diverse team
- Manage financial statements and performance data to achieve goals
- Ensure attention to detail and quality standards
- Effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Proficient in desktop software programs
- Set and maintain inventory, schedules, and labor management
- Focus on profits and sales growth
Requirements:
- Prior restaurant management or leadership experience
- Strong aptitude for learning, coaching, and teamwork
- Ability to motivate and hold responsible a diverse staff
- Attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
Physical Requirements:
- Flexible availability including days, nights, and weekends
- Able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder
