Supervisor Responsibilities
- Assist management with day-to-day restaurant operations
- Provide leadership and motivate team members
- Meet operational expectations and control costs
- Build relationships with guests and handle guest issues
- Serve as a model of hospitality
Required Skills and Experience
- 1 year of experience in a guest-focused business
- Natural leadership skills and willingness to learn
- Professional appearance and excellent communication
- Ability to use a point of sale system
