What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver top-notch service and food quality
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence
- Train, develop, and hold staff accountable in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor financial performance, including P&Ls, sales reports, and inventory
- Maintain high-quality standards, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a leadership role
- Strong ability to motivate, train, and develop team members
- Experience analyzing financial statements and performance data
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and labor scheduling preferred
