RKS Ventures, Inc. is a franchisee of Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, a national, fast-casual restaurant franchise known for its cooked-to-order Steakburgers, crispy shoestring fries, and freshly churned frozen custard. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the service and quality expectations of the team
• Create a fun, fast-paced, and fulfilling work environment
• Develop and train team members to meet long-term growth goals
• Ensure quality guest service and satisfaction

Required Skills and Experience:

• Prior restaurant management or leadership role
• Proven success in delivering quality guest service
• Experience in team building and development
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in typical desktop software programs
• Knowledge of financial statements and performance data analysis
• Experience in inventory management and labor management is desired

Physical Requirements:

• Available to work a variety of hours, including days, nights, and weekends
• Ability to stand or walk for up to a 10-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
