RESPONSIBILITIES
// Ability to handle multiple tables at once
// Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
// Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
// Has style + finesse and can manage a large and very diverse + upscale crowd
// Run food + beverages, move quickly
// Follow &pizza policies, procedures and service standards
// Follow Hotel Hive policies, procedures and brand standards
// Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
// Demonstrate a commitment to quality service, and alcohol knowledge.
// Assist with set up and execution of private events as booked
REQUIREMENTS
// Previous experience serving at full-service establishments; minimum of 2 years preferred
// Must be 21+ years old
// Attention to detail, clean appearance & accurate order taking
// Available for lunch, dinner, late-night shifts & holidays
// The ability to work outdoors on a rooftop
// TiPS Certification for responsible alcohol service within 30 days of hire
// Knowledge of Toast POS preferred
// Ability to lift 50+ pounds
// Standing ,walking and using stairs for several hours while on shift
